Elmbrook School District-The winners of the eighth grade boys chariot race at Elmbrook Middle School cross the finish line Wednesday. The chariot Scorpus carried rider Dave Elger, 14, and was powered by Bryan Jacobs, 14, and Tom Elchholz, 14, it also took best in authentic design.
