"That's where I was born" - Alderman Robert J. Dwyer, 3033 W. Clyborn street, a member of the redevelopment authority, pointed to the new Merrill Park public housing project. With him was the Reverend Cecil A. Fisher, 4100 N. 15th street, chairman of the Milwaukee housing authority. The $1,400,000 structure, which contains 120 one-bedroon apartments for the elderly, was built on the site of the home in which Dwyer was born. the 4th ward alderman served as master of ceremonies Friday when the building was dedicated.
