Canada-"I want to know where I stand. I want to know where you stand too," said former Prime Minister John Diefenbaker as he addressed delegates to the convention of his Progressive-Conservative party in Ottawa Tuesday. He was promptly re-elected party leader, with only about 40 of the 800 delegates objecting.
