First order of business -- Two year old Edwin Young seemed unconcerned that his diaper had dropped to his ankles as he reached for a toy handed him by Miss Tricia Nixon the elder daughter of President and Mrs. Nixon. Miss Nixon celebrated her 23rd birthday Friday and spent part of the day visiting patients at Washington's Children's hospital.
