Description

A 24-year-old Burlington woman who allegedly gave birth at a roadside toailet and left the baby there was charged Thursday with endangering safety by conduct regardless of life and child abandonment. Jacqueline M. Ehlen told authorities she did not know she was pregnant and that when she saw the baby in the toilet pit, she didn't think it was hers.
