Description

A few blocks away Monday night, two teenagers told 9-year-old Matthew Kortsch to give them his dog, or else they would beat him up. He said no, then started running. The teenagers caught up to him about a block away and grabbed him. They twisted his arm until he released the leash, then shoved him to the sidewalk. Police and Matthew's mother, Theresia Kortsch, continued looking for Amy and her 18 or 19-year-old captors Tuesday morning.
