The Center St. Natatorium is Hart Donley's present home. One can neither sink nor swim at the old Center St. Natatorium. nonetheless, Hart Donley insists that he and his partner have taken a dive. Donley, who has been trying to buy the place from the city for two years, also has been living there most of that time. He lives in the caretaker's apartment under an agreement that he pay the $1 a month rent while the deal is pending. But it hasn't been an easy time, thanks to vandalism, thefts and other problems.
