Dogs Day: They say that every dog has his day, and Gizmo certainly had his. Amy Burns, 7, made sure of that. She presented Gizmo a bone-shaped birthday cake complete with one candle. Amy, who lives on the South Side, invited friends to a party to make sure her dog's first birthday was special.
