Cleveland, Ohio. John T. Corrigan, Cuyahega county prosecutor, said he would announce at noon today his decision on whether or not Samuel H. Sheppard, 42, would be retried in the bludgeon slaying of Sheppard's first wife in 1954. The US Supreme Court ruled Monday that Sheppard had not received a fair trial because of prejudicial publicity and courtroom disorder and that he should be retried promptly or freed.
