Father Albert J. Milwaukee Archbishop Rembert Weakland, six other bishops, DiUlio and more than 90 other priests celbrated the mass Friday. The inauguration, attended by community leaders and representatives of more than 100 US colleges, was at Bruce Hall at the Milwaukee Auditorium.
