Frank G. Dionesopulos, 47, co-owner of the London Hat Shop and Cleaners and a former legislator, died early Sunday of a heart attack at his Whitefish Bay home, 1242 E. Courtland Pl. Dionesopulos was vice president of the hat shop. He became the shop operator after the death in 1980 of his father-in-law, Nicketas Beltsos, who had founded it.
