Democratic presidential candidate Jimmy Carter greeted pupils from Kenosha's Bain Elementary School as he campaigned Wednesday at the Italian American Club. The former Georgia governor also stopped in Racine, Appleton, Manitowoc, Sheboygan and Milwaukee.
