Donald Cook. Veteran Of Stage Dies-Donald Cook, above, 60-year-old actor, died today in a New Haven, Conn., hospital after suffering a heart attack the day before while in New Haven for the tryout of a new Broadway play. He was a native of Portland, Ore.
