Milwaukee--Archbishop Rembert Weakland delivered the homily during the mass of thanksgiving for establishment of the Congregation of the Great Spirit on Thursday at St. Barbara's Catholic-Church., 3000 W. Becher St. The mass celebrated the first urban American Indian parish formed by a Catholic diocese in the country. A feast and powwow followed the mass.
