Colorful helium-filled balloons will stand as sentinels tonight as relatives and friends of Agnes Higgins gather at the Harder Funeral Home, 4217 W. Fond du Lac Ave. Higgins--better known to many as Bubbles the clown--died of lung cancer Tuesday at St. Mary's Hospital. She was 66. A white tablecloth signed by clowns from all over the country also will be displayed at the funeral home. Higgins received the tablecloth on Monday.
