William Jones, 7, was "shaking like a leaf," according to his mother, when he arrived home from school several hours early and without his coat. He had been running for two blocks. The boy had just seen his second grade teacher at Burt Elementary School shot to death in front of her class of 30 children. Police arrested Miss McCaster's estranged husband, Al Lewis, about four hours after the noon hour slaying Wednesday. Lewis, 46, recently released from hospital
