1994 Press Photo Tom Edwards as he paints the Mural on the Centre Building

Tom Edwards was high above Downtown traffic (left) as he painted a mural Tuesday on the Centre Building at 212 W. Wisconsin Ave. Everything on the eastern wall of the building except the painters, was painted on the plain wall. Windows, marble ornamentation and even reflections were added by the painters.
