1986 Press Photo Mitzi Campbell Speaking After a Program at Carroll College

Concert Honors--Mitzi Campbell spoke to the audience Sunday after being honored at a program of the Waukesha Choral Union at Carroll College's Shattuck Auditorium. The chorus dedicated a special concert of music by George Gershwin and Cole Porter to Campbell, who was a friend of Gershwin's 60 years ago, when she was an orphan and lived with her grandmother in Waukesha. Earlier, Campbell's father had been Gershwin's teacher.
