1968 Press Photo Paula Levine Also Known as Brandi Perry Survived Ambush

July 6, San Diego, California, Paula Levine, 20, who is Brandi Perry of the musical group Brandi Perry and the Bubble Machine, survived a Viet Cong ambush near Saigon by pretending she was dead. Two members of her group were killed.
