1971 Press Photo Vicki Zimmermann blasts out of the trap on her way to a win

Vicki Zimmermann had a determined look as she blasted out of the trap to within eight feet of the pin on the third hole of the afternoon. She won the hole and went on to win the Women's State Amateur crown.
