1979 Press Photo The Bong recreation area states first urban recreational area

The Bog recreation area 30 miles southwest of Milwaukee and 14 miles west of Kenosha will be the state's first urban recreational area. Unlike state parks and forests, the area will cater to recreational activities such as dirt bike riding and motorized sail plane flying. Bruce A.
