Before she appears on National Television Tuesday in New York, Diane Walters finally will meet the little girl whose life he saved. Walters, a Milwaukee medical secretary, and the youngster, Brook Road, 8, of Raleigh, North Carolina are to appear on Good Morning America and later that day at a news conference at the Rayburn house office building in Washington DC they and others will celebrate the 100th home bone marrow transplant between unrelated donors made possible by the national bone marrow program, which began in December 1967
