1953 Press Photo Arthure Wegner appointed as State Commissioner of taxation

Arthur Wegner, 54, financial secretary to Gov Kohler, Wednesday was named state commissioner of taxation. His appointment was confirmed by the senate shortly after it was submitted by Kohler.
