1982 Press Photo County Judge Krueger watches as Patrolmen Question Motorist

County judge John E. Krueger (left) watched as Patrolmen Geral Dunning (right) and Ronald Mehl questioned a motorist who had no license plates on his car. The driver was showing his bill of sale to prove that he had bought the car that day. He was gien a warning ticket, told to get plates and report to his district police station.
