Getting set - Tents are being set up near the Milwaukee Art Museum in preparation for Friday's opening of the 1981 Lakefront Festival of the Arts. In the foreground of this view from First Wisconsin Center is the Lincoln Memorial Bridge, demolished earlier this year, but scheduled to be rebuilt. The festival runs all weekend.
