Memorial to Buntrock - this sculpture honoring Thomas E Buntrock former Mequon police chief who was slain when police captured a robbery suspect on Dec. 2, 1979, was dedicated last weekend. The sculpture by Wauwatosa artist Jeune Wussow, is placed just south of Mequon City Hall at 11333 N Cedarburg Rd.
