Milton Babich, 19 year old West Allis youth, is taken from the district attorney's office by Detective Sgt. Oscar Tschury (left) and Detective Frank Zajdel Saturday afternoon after confessing that he killed Patricia Birmingham, 16, a West Allis high school sophomore, whose trussed body was found in the Milwaukee river. Babich was found in Minneapolis Wednesday with Patricia's sister, Kathleen, 17, with whom he eloped on xxx.
