1940 Press Photo Edward McClay dining at the University Club, caught sharing

Edward McClay happened to order a specifically good dessert when he and Mrs. McClay and a group of friends were dining at the University club the other night, and thereupon insisted on samples all 'round. Here Mrs. Ralph Evinrude trying the concoction. She was in Black velvet that evening, with ermine tails at the neckline, and a big black velvet bow behind the lose curls of her pompadour.
