1965 Press Photo Prof. Ephrain Frei experiments with acoustical instruments

Professor Ephrain H. Frei, Head of the Department of Electronics, experiments with new acoustical instruments in the Institute's Anschoic Hall, which he planned and constructed for research purposes. One product of the electronic experiments has been a "sub-miniature electroencephalograph" which measures brain waves without elaborate wiring of existing systems, making it possible to study subjects under natural conditions.
