Gov Walter Kohler took pen in hand Monday to become the first Wisconsin resident to sign a pledge in the Save A Life safe driving campaign. The drive is scheduled for Aug 18 through 26, when sponsors hope to get 5000 pledges daily from patrons at the 1956 State Fair. At right the governor displays professional skill as he lays mortar during the cornerstone dedication of the new half million dollar Youth Center at State Fair Park
