Philip La Follette former governor of Wisconsin is shown as he testified before the senate foreign affairs committee in Washington Monday. La Follette stated that in 1939 Premier Daladier of France personally told him the Allies expected not only money and materials, but men from the United states. He assailed the lease-lend bill.
