1986 Press Photo Dan Knox & Joseph Wojnarowicz in Bradley Center work site

Dan Knox (front) and Joseph Wojnarowicz of STS Consultants took borings Monday in The Journal Company parking lot at 4th and State Sts. The Bradley Center will be built at the site. The borings will help determine soil and ground-water conditions.
