Jack Macadon tested a sky sail on the bluff near Water Power Park Wednesday. The sport called hang gliding, sky surfing of sky sailing, is estimated to have 30,000 enthusiasts. An instructor for a sky sail manufacturer says a sail made of sturdy metal and strong sailcloth can be purchased for $300-$400.
