Milwaukee Country sheriff's deputies investigate the scene of an accident on Interstate 794 near the Van Buren Street exit ramp. Peter T. Vella, 73, of Milwaukee, was killed when his car plunged over the ramp onto a parking lot about 7 p.m. Sunday.
