The grade school pupils from Adams are among more than 3,000 delegates to the 16th Wisconsin Congress of School Safety Patrols at Winconsin Dells. With the youngsters are teachers Roy Habeck and Ella Parker and a parent, Mrs. Betty Waldo. The congress is co-sponsored by the State Motor Vehicle Department and Wisconsin Division of the American Automobile Association, in cooperation with the Wisconsin Dells Kiwanis Club and Chamber of Commerce
