Pictured is actress Hildegard Knef along with her husband David Cameron and new baby daughter Christina Antonia. The baby was born early, weighing only 4.5 pounds and had to remain in the hospital for some time. The photographers here had to keep a distance as well as wear masks when taking pictures in order to prevent the children from catching any infections.
