10 years Association of Victims of Stalinism: The Association of Victims of Stalinism celebrates its 10th anniversary on Feb. 13th in Konigswinter (on Rhine). Most prominent guest at the celebration was Federal Chancellor Dr. Adenauer. The association is an organisation of former political prisoners of the Soviet system.
