The new German Post Office Minister, Dr. Siegfried Balke, received his letter of appointment from Federal President Prof. Heuss on Wednesday afternoon. Dr. Balke was formerly chairman of the Chemistry Association and was chairman of the Bavarian Industrial Organization.
