Baptiste Beyrand, who lives in Torteron, was just convicted of illegally using medicine and pharmaceuticals, as well as housing radioactive materials. This licensed masseur and diviner sold sacks of radioactive powder, claiming they were capable of bring his clients "happiness, strength, and health". He is pictured here in his office.
