Princess Yasuko married a Japanese Red Cross officer, Moriteru Konoe, grandson of the Prime Minister Fumimaro Konoe. Since their marriage, the royal descendant of Emperors of Japan has become a commoner. Here is a picture of the couple in traditional ceremonial dress after their marriage.
