Cuban Prime Minister Expels Spanish Ambassador - On TV: Dr. Castro the Cuban Prime Minister was in an altercation with Marque De Vellisca the Spanish Ambassador to Cuban - on TV. during which he expelled the Spanish Envoy - giving him 24hours to leave the country. It happened during Dr. Castro's broadcast - in which he accused the Anguish Embassy and certain Spanish Priests of aiding enemies of his regime - The studio door burst open and the Ambassador jumped into the view of the cameras. they had a heated exchange of worse - resulting in the expulsion order. The Cuban Ambassador to Madrid has been recalled for "Consultations". Photo shows The Marques De Vellisca on his arrival in Madrid - from Cuba.
