Mr. Balafej (right) and Mr. Guedira (middle), two Moroccan Ministers arrived in Paris and attended a meeting, along with Morroco's Ambassador in France, Mr. Cherkaoui (left), with Mr. Couve de Murville, France's Minister of Foreign Affairs. The conversations were related to the liberation of Ben Bella and his followers. The men are pictured arriving on Quai d'Orsay.
