1979 Press Photo Jean Francois-Poncet Makes TV Appearance

Jean Francois-Poncet, France's Minister of Foreign Affairs, made his first TV appearance last night on the program "Cards on the Table". He explained France's role in promoting world peace. Evoking the rights of man, Francois-Poncet claimed that "no one has done as much as France has in this domain" and that "France is the world's refuge".
