1969 Press Photo Vietnam Conference's First Session

The first session of the Paris conference on Vietnam started at 10:30 AM, Saturday morning, January 18th, at the International Conference Center on Avenue Kleber. Delegations from North Vietnam, the National Liberation Front, South Vietnam, and the United States participated, each one being led by its assistant chief. Mr. Cyrus Vance was interviewed by reporters while exiting the conference rooms.
