The National Committee for Understanding Paralyzed and Handicapped Associations, in the spirit of an information campaign that will precede their national holiday on March 12th, organized a colloquium based on the following theme: "Physical, Motor, and Sensory Handicaps in Europe". Miss Marie-Madeleine Dienesch, Secretary of State for Social Action and Rehabilitation, takes the floor at the International Union of Railways in Paris.
