Deutschmark dollar crisis: An emergency meeting of the Finance and Economic ministers of the common market countries in Brussels has been called for tomorrow to consider the Deutschemark dollar crisis. Germany will put forward proposals to enable it to resume normal foreign exchange dealings. Herr Schiller, Economics Minister appears to favour a floating D Mark as the solution to the crisis. Photo Shows Dr. Karl Schiller (left) Economics minister, and Dr. Karl Klasen, federal bank president, pictured in Frankfurt yesterday when they conferred together with the central bank council about the problems of the increasing flow of US dollars into the German capital market.
