Saturday, several cars were stopped in front of a building in Vincennes. Prouteau's special police force raided the building and arrested two men on the third floor who were planning to set off 4 bombs in Paris on Sunday. A third person, a woman, was arrested at the terrorist's place of residence. Pictured is the building in Vincennes where the terrorists lived.
