£275,000 Masterpiece Gets A Face-Lift Ruben's "Adorarion Of The Magi": Mr. Leonard Hoetser the Mayfair art dealer who made the world shattering bid of £275,000 for the Ruben's "Adoration of the magi"-at Sotheby's last July-has started work on cleaning painting. The work is being carried out in the alley-way entrance to a Fulham depository by Mr. Koetser and his assistant Mr. John Reeve. Photo shows. The scene in the Fulham alleyway-are Mr. Hoetser works on restoring the huge painting this morning.
