Description
Japanese gadget to warm golf balls so that they go further in Winter: The latest Japanese invention for sportsmen is the golf ball warmer. Due to the fact that gutta percha inside the golfer has to do is to place a ball in a metal sphere and apply a match. Inside the metal container is cotton wool like a cigarette lighter, and the heat warms the ball which will give greater velocity when hit. As the benzine is placed in a small chamber below, it does not burn or blacken the ball. Winter golfers are buying them for Y.1.500 (30 shillings) including the zip bag you supply your own benzine and matches.
