Japanese Hijacker in action: Tatsuji Nakaoka (47) keeps his loaded pistol on the three crewmen as they walk in single file with their hands tied from the Japan Air Lines 747 he had hijacked, to a Boeing DC-8 where he was captured by Tokyo police hidden in the aircraft. Nakoaka made the mistake of hijacking the 747 whose range could not fly him to Cuba via Vancouver and Mexico with 2 million U.S dollars ransom. He then demanded that a DC-8 be made ready to Tokyo's International Airport but was unaware that 10 policemen were inside ready to grab him when he and his three prisoners transferred to the larger airliner.
